Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026. Version 2026.08.29-2. Applies to the public website https://qdataintelligence.com/.
QData Intelligence is a brand. Marketing pages and SEO identify the brand only. The legal person responsible for each regional version is named below and on the Legal notice.
Select a region to see the controller and privacy contact for that version.
1. Who is responsible (Canada & United States)
For this Canada & United States version of the Site, the organisation responsible for contact-form and privacy enquiries is ABSGROUP INC. (Alberta, Canada). Contact via [email protected] or the Contact form. Shared technical hosting, DNS and access logs for the domain are also under ABSGROUP INC. See the Imprint. A mailing address is provided in commercial email communications where required.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
2. Legal framework
Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA where it applies) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, as relevant to your enquiry.
3. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to complain to a supervisory authority (for example the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where PIPEDA applies).
1. Who is responsible (Europe)
For this Europe version of the Site, the organisation responsible for contact-form and privacy enquiries is QData OÜ, Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tallinn, 15551, Harju maakond, Estonia (registry code 14637289). Shared technical hosting and DNS: see Imprint. Counsel will confirm controller/processor roles.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
2. Legal framework
EU/EEA data protection law (including the GDPR) where it applies to your enquiry, and other applicable European privacy rules.
3. Your rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected].
No separate EU Article 27 representative is named on this Site beyond the EEA operator (QData OÜ) for the Europe version. Counsel may refine this statement later.
4. What we collect
Contact form
If you use the form: name, work email, organisation, country or region, topic, message, the site region you selected, and a consent checkbox. A honeypot field discourages bots — leave it empty.
Do not send patient information, PHI, clinical datasets, credentials or confidential regulatory packs through this form.
If a production form endpoint is not configured, the form validates in your browser only (demo mode) and is not delivered to our mailboxes. When the endpoint is live, submissions are routed to the regional contact address for your selected version.
Local preferences
Theme (qdi-theme) and site region (qdi-region) may be stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not used for advertising. See Cookies.
Technical logs
Hosting infrastructure typically records access logs (for example IP address, time, URL, user agent). Exact fields depend on the host configuration.
What we do not load (current first-party Site)
No third-party analytics, advertising pixels, social plugins, font CDNs, maps, video embeds or chat widgets in the current application.
5. Purposes
- Operate and secure the Site
- Remember display theme and regional version preference
- Respond to your enquiry
- Limited professional records of correspondence
- Legal claims and compliance where required

6. Legal bases (summary)
Canada: commercial purposes consistent with PIPEDA (and other applicable Canadian privacy law), including responding to your enquiry and securing the Site.
EEA: where GDPR applies — reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and/or 6(1)(f)); site security and logs (Art. 6(1)(f)); theme/region storage as a requested local preference. Special categories of data (Art. 9) are not sought.
United States visitors: we use information to operate the Site and respond to B2B enquiries. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising in the current application.
HIPAA: this Site is not a covered-entity or business-associate channel for PHI. We do not claim the Site is “HIPAA compliant.”
7. Retention
Enquiry correspondence: kept as needed to respond and for professional/legal records, then deleted or archived under ordinary business practice. Local storage preferences: until you clear site data. Host logs: per host retention.
8. International transfers
Depending on hosting and mail routing, data may be processed in Canada, the EEA and/or other locations used by infrastructure providers. Details of subprocessors will be updated when the production form endpoint and host inventory are finalised.
9. Children
The Site is directed to business professionals, not children.
