3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or submit unlawful content). Do not use the contact form to send PHI, clinical datasets or confidential regulatory packs.

Site text, layout, graphics, logos and code are owned by their respective owners. No licence is granted except a limited right to use the Site as allowed here. Do not use the QData Intelligence name or marks in a way that suggests sponsorship without permission. Third-party names are their owners’ property and are used for identification only.

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
