Content is general business information about the QData Intelligence brand. It is not medical advice, legal advice, regulatory advice or a guarantee of any regulator decision, certification outcome or study result. Using the Site or contact form does not create a client engagement. Professional work requires a separate written agreement with the correct contracting entity.
2. Brand and legal entities
Marketing pages present the QData Intelligence brand only. Legal entities for contracting and notices are listed on the Legal notice. You may select Canada & US or Europe for regional legal and contact routing.

These website terms govern use of the Canada & United States version of the Site only. They are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Alberta, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these website terms, except that we may seek injunctive or equivalent relief in any court to protect intellectual property or the Site. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected. Professional services are governed only by the written agreement with the contracting entity named in that agreement (see the Imprint), which may specify a different law and forum.

3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or submit unlawful content). Do not use the contact form to send PHI, clinical datasets or confidential regulatory packs.
4. Intellectual property
Site text, layout, graphics, logos and code are owned by their respective owners. No licence is granted except a limited right to use the Site as allowed here. Do not use the QData Intelligence name or marks in a way that suggests sponsorship without permission. Third-party names are their owners’ property and are used for identification only.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or business opportunity, arising from use of the Site. Liability for professional services is governed only by the applicable client contract.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie notice.
8. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
